What are we doing about it, and what could we be doing? Emma Bridgewater reflects on her experience at her factory in Stoke-on-Trent and talks about the idea of 'a workforce'. William Alsop, the mind behind many of Britain's controversial modernist buildings, will talk about the influence a building can have on community, while Naomi Colvin will voice the concerns of the Occupy Movement and explain why Britain is not as democratic as it claims.
